How do I choose the right size for my child?

Every child is different, and we want you to find the perfect fit! Each product page includes a detailed Size Chart with age, height, and chest measurements to guide you. Still unsure? Just drop us a message — we’re happy to assist.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. You can request an exchange through our website or contact our support team for help.

What if I receive a wrong or defective product?

We’re so sorry if that happens! Please reach out to us on whatsapp (8655321984) or mail (customercare@lildrama.com) within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a quick resolution — either a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can also log in to your account on our website to check order status anytime.

How long does delivery take, and is shipping free?

Our standard delivery timeline is 2–7 working days, depending on your location.
All domestic orders above ₹1,800 qualify for free shipping.
For prepaid orders below ₹1,799, a shipping fee of ₹29 applies.
For Cash on Delivery orders below ₹1,799, a cod charge of ₹129 applies.

Can I place a custom size or personalized order?

At this time, we don’t offer custom sizing or personalization. But we’re always adding new styles and sizes, so keep an eye on our latest collections!

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Once the order is shipped, we won’t be able to make modifications.

Do you have gift cards or gift packaging options?

We currently offer gift packaging for select occasions as per request. Just drop us a message after placing your order to request it. We also offer digital gift cards.
