What happens to orders where products are received in damaged condition?
If you receive a shipment that seems tampered, damaged, or opened - please do not accept that shipment. Take a photo of the shipment and get in touch with our customer care team at +91 9167085363 or email us at customercare@lildrama.com
What should I do if I receive a different item from what I ordered?
While we strive to deliver the right products within time if you receive a different/wrong product, please visit the returns section on our website or click here to initiate a return request.
Are there any extra fees associated with returns or exchanges?
Yes, there is a fee for returns or exchanges.
For all orders delivered within India, a restocking fee will be charged on every item returned.
INR 199 per item if it is picked up by Lil Drama.
INR 99 per item if it is sent by you.
For all orders shipped but not accepted within India, a restocking fee of INR 199 per item will be charged
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
We get on our toes as soon as you place an order with us. Delivery times are usually as follows:
1. Within India - your order should reach you in 2 - 6 business days from the date of dispatch.
2. For UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Jordan, South Africa, Fiji, Philippines, Indonesia & Europe - your order should reach you in 3 - 5 business days from the date of dispatch
3. Rest of the Countries - your order should reach you in 5 - 7 business days from the date of dispatch
Processing time for each product varies. Your entire order is shipped together once all products are ready to be shipped. The cart page and the checkout shipping page gives an estimated delivery date. Please note, deliveries can sometimes get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
